I called Classic Air on a Sunday afternoon and explained my issue. They gave me some advice over the phone and said someone would call me Monday morning to schedule a time to come out. Sure enough, I got a call around 8:00 AM Monday and said they could get to me between 9-12 and they'd call me with an updated arrival time once the driver was in route. At 9:30 AM they called and said Eric would be there shortly. When Eric arrived (before 10 AM) he introduced himself and asked me to explain what was going on. I explained what we were experiencing and what I tried to resolve the issue. Eric complimented me on trying to resolve it and said he'd check the Freon levels and come inside and check the unit in the basement. Once he confirmed that the Freon levels were ok, he quickly diagnosed the issue and explained what he could do to fix it. I agreed with him and he proceeded to fix it. I just want people to know that if you find yourself in need of assistance with heating or a/c I'd highly recommend Classic Air and Eric (if you can get him). A very satisfied customer!

Our air went out the other day. Of course it was hot and humid out, and of course most AC repair places were tied up; some were taking appointments for next week. Classic fit me in at the end of the day; there was a surcharge for that, but well worth it (I believe a normal service call is $87 and this one was $117.)
The tech came when they said he would (there was a 4-hour window, and they called when he was on his way.) Very friendly, very understanding about our pets and sleeping baby. He checked everything out, found and fixed a minor problem, and was on his way within a half hour.
Great service, professional work, reasonable price considering the situation. -

When I hear "Classic", I think of only the best...movies, music, the "one and only" way to go. Classic Air certainly lives up to these high standards! From making the appointments, working with both the installers and the technicians to even getting help after hours, these guys are absolutely the best in the business! Hands down will recommend Classic Air again and again. So professional, helpful, honest, fair and extremely knowledgeable. Couldn't ask for better service!

We have used Classic Air since 2002 when we moved into our new, old house in Olde Town and needed a new furnace/air conditioning system. From the outset, they have been professional, reliable, honest and reasonable. All service techs arrive on time and efficiently complete all HVAC inspections, providing updates regarding the condition of our systems, always giving the best service and explaining the likelihood of future repairs which beyond normal maintenance covered by the service contract, we have never needed. At no time did any representative attempt any upsell or unnecessary repair. I highly recommend the Classic Air team and know, based on 15 years of coverage, you can rest assured of receiving honest, solid service.

I've had great customer service from this company. I had them come out years ago, when my furnace totally stopped on Christmas Eve. Yea, try getting anyone to come out then...they were the ONLY company that responded and would send anyone out! The technician came out at 3am, was very pleasant, considering. ..and fixed it within an hour. The rate wasn't bad, for a holiday and the time, either. I have had them come out for annual AC and furnace service inspections since. The technicians are always very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I won't even bother to deal with anyone else!
